* Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

At Exclusive x Boujee, we want to make sure every order is prepared and shipped with care. Please review our shipping and pre-order timeframes before placing your order.

*Regular Orders
Regular in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

* Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made or ordered specifically for our customers and require additional processing time.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for pre-order items to be received and prepared for shipment. Once your pre-order is ready, it will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Please note: The 2–3 week pre-order timeframe does not include the additional 3–5 business days needed for shipping after your item is received and processed.

* Important Information
- Pre-orders cannot be rushed.
- Delays may occasionally occur due to supplier, production, or shipping issues.
- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated processing timeframe.
- Please do not place a pre-order if you are unable to wait the full estimated timeframe.
